  • Integrated an independent intelligent triage Agent service into a healthcare appointment platform while keeping core hospital, user, and order services decoupled.
  • Designed workflow state machine and slots for symptom intake, department recommendation, schedule lookup, booking confirmation, order submission, and visit guidance.
  • Integrated DeepSeek for intent and slot extraction with backend confirmation guards to prevent unauthorized direct ordering.
  • Implemented tool wrappers and observability for hospital, department, schedule, patient, and order operations, plus emergency fallback and pre-visit report generation.
